A completion certificate is a document which certifies that the construction works which were awarded to your company, have been satisfactorily completed. It must be signed off and properly dated by the project manager of the construction project awarding company.

A Project Completion Certificate can be obtained from the local municipal corporation/development authority of the city you belong. Copy of the lease/sale deed. Building plan. Copy of the building plan approval and the permission letter.
